How Much Does it Cost?
ShopSmart aims to provide a low overhead & low risk option for entrepreneurs throughout the Sacramento area. In order to do so, ShopSmart offers their operators a month to month option with only a 30 day vacate notice required. This provides entrepreneurs an outlet to sell and distribute their products without having to commit to long term licensing with significant deposit requirements.

What are the Hours of Operation?
ShopSmart is open six days a week, closed on Tuesday. All operators are required to be open during customer hours. ShopSmart does not have a weekend only option for store owners.
ShopSmart operators are permitted to access their individual stores before and after customer hours. In addition, operators are provided access to their stores on Tuesdays even though the store is closed to the public.”
What Do I Need to Become a Vendor?
Getting started is made easy! There is no application process or fee. You simply come down to the store, pick out your spot based on availability, and provide the first month’s and last month’s fee. Once you’ve obtained the necessary Sacramento County licenses and insurance, you’re ready to open your business!
